All companies that provide their own insurance must meet the following requirements:
Gravity Umbrella LLC Waynbow must be issued a Certificate of Insurance naming Gravity Umbrella LLC as a certificate holder.
Certificate must name Gravity Umbrella LLC asLoss Payee for physical damage regarding autorentals.
The certificate must name Gravity Umbrella LLC as Additional Insured regarding auto rentals.
$1,000,000 of Auto Liability Coverage required
***We do not accept certificates listing Infinity, Kemper
or Alliance United as the insurance company***
